We believe strong relationships are built on integrity, transparency and accountability. We run a programme that guides our decisions and a Karin Law Protocol to ensure safe and respectful workplaces.

What we promote

Our Integrity and Compliance Programme defines how we act towards clients, suppliers, communities and business partners. It rests on three concrete commitments.

  • A culture of transparency: open dialogue and safe reporting, without fear of retaliation.
  • Shared responsibility: applying our rules, reporting irregularities and taking part in ethics and compliance initiatives.
  • Respect for Human Rights: aligned with the UN Global Compact and the OECD guidelines.

Karin Law Protocol (Law No. 21.643)

We say no to harassment and violence at work. Law No. 21.643, known as the Karin Law, has applied in Chile since 1 August 2024 and amended the Labour Code on the prevention, investigation and sanctioning of workplace harassment, sexual harassment and violence at work. Our protocol promotes safe and respectful workplaces with equal treatment, protecting everyone's dignity and wellbeing.

What our protocol guarantees

  • Prevention of sexual harassment and workplace harassment.
  • Eradication of violence at work.
  • Promotion of respectful treatment and equality, with a gender perspective.

Shared responsibility. Employer and employees work together to identify and manage psychosocial risks, fostering an environment free of inappropriate conduct.

Our commitment. To protect the physical and psychological integrity of every person, complying with applicable law and strengthening working relationships based on respect.

Reporting channels

If you have questions or want to report a situation, you can use our official channels in full confidence. Every report is received and handled under the protocol, with no retaliation against anyone reporting in good faith.
